Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate management accounts and lead cashflow forecasting
Full ownership of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Drive systems improvements and efficiencies (Sage 50)
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and reporting requirements
Partner with senior managers, providing commercial insight and challenge where needed
Manage and develop a small team (2 direct reports)
Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the management team

About You

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
Strong technical finance skills with hands-on SME experience
Gravitas and confidence to challenge senior managers constructively
Commercially minded, able to add value beyond the numbers
Comfortable working in a young, dynamic organisational culture
