* We are looking for a highly professional, dedicated person who has the ability and proven track record to run a successful business and attain growth targets. Our team of 32 people operate nationwide dealing with Local Exhaust Ventilation equipment and its statutory requirements. Our function is to improve Health and Safety equipment in workplaces (occupational hygiene) and ensure workers are not exposed to hazardous fumes and dusts which can affect their health (Asthma, COPD, Cancer).

We operate in a diverse range of applications including Nuclear sites, Airports, Manufacturing, Education and Small businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing our Installation Teams with the Contracts Manager, their efficiency and that their quality of work is assessed and high standards are met

* Overseeing our statutory inspection engineers with the LEV Manager and that they are scheduled efficiently and adhere to compliance

* Ensure Company growth and profit targets are met through innovation

* You will work closely with two Company Directors and keep them informed of key metrics and performance targets through regular reports

* You will communicate with all employees and assess their needs and growth to attain Company targets

* You will be well versed in the Local Exhaust Ventilation industry and work towards attaining membership of the Professional Standards Register Any candidate wishing to apply for the post must have a proven track record in the LEV Industry and hold BOHS qualifications already. The salary offer will reflect the experience level you are able to prove. xekaoyc Annual Holiday Entitlement is 20 days per annum (pro rata) plus statutory holidays, which will increase by an extra day's holiday for each continuous year of service following the first anniversary of employment and there after each January, up to a maximum of 5 additional day's per annum.
