The Marketing Executive role:

Planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and traditional channels.
Managing campaign calendars aligned to product launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional cycles.
Overseeing content production for email, landing pages, adverts, and social media, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Analysing customer behaviour, campaign performance, and sales data to inform marketing decisions.
Producing weekly and monthly KPI reports covering conversion, ROI, customer acquisition, and retention.
Using A/B testing, segmentation, and insight-driven targeting to optimise campaign performance.
Supporting brand development across all touchpoints and contribute to CRM and loyalty initiatives.
Working cross-functionally with merchandising, e-commerce, retail operations, and product teams.
Liaising with external creative and digital agencies, managing budgets and ensuring cost control.
Key

Skills & Experience:

Marketing experience gained within retail, home improvement, e-commerce, or a fast-paced consumer environment.
Strong analytical ability and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker, or Excel.
Solid understanding of digital channels including PPC, paid social, SEO, and email.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
