Hoe ziet de functie eruit?
Samen met je collega’s vorm je het team Woonnet Rijnmond. Het team fungeert onder andere als (online) helpdesk voor medewerkers van de aangesloten woningcorporaties en de woningzoekenden. Je beantwoordt de vragen van woningzoekenden die zij via het contact formulier op de website van Woonnet Rijnmond indienen. Dit doe je vooral digitaal en soms ook telefonisch. Uiteraard verstrek je daarbij pro-actief informatie zodat de woningzoekenden in één keer goed en volledig geholpen is.
- affiniteit met helpdesk & klantcontact
- corporatie ervaring is geen must, maar wel handig
- vrijdag werken is een harde eis
CAO Woondiensten schaal E (€ 3074,- / € 3755,-)
