Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Start Date: 8 January 2026
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 rotational days
As a Customer Service Representative
, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in Dutch
. No previous experience is required.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions according to internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed
- Dutch C2 level (mandatory)
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Availability to work in rotational shifts
- Base Salary: 1,100 € per year (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus: 135 € per year (14 months)
- Complexity Bonus: 120 € per year (11 months)
