- Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding;
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als beleidsadviseur, opgedaan in de afgelopen 4 jaar;
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie waarbij je hebt geschakelt met bestuurders;
- Een motivatie en een referentie zijn tevens een eis.
- Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde WO-opleiding;
- Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met het onderwerp uit het beleidskader Armoede en schulden;
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als beleidsadviseur binnen een gemeente.
