You will join a newly forming team of Customer Success Tech. As a Backend Developer in the team, together with your colleagues, you will :

- Collaborate effectively within cross‑functional product teams to architect and deliver exceptional backend solutions using .NET Core and Azure Dev Ops.
- Inject innovation into production processes, contributing fresh ideas and creative approaches to enhance the quality and impact of our digital products.
- Craft enduring, future‑proof backend solutions that reflect a strong sense of pride and excellence, ensuring longevity and reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in .NET Core and Azure Dev Ops, driving continuous improvement and technological advancement.
- Utilize your expertise to shape user experiences by translating design concepts into robust and efficient backend systems, optimizing user engagement and overall product excellence.
- Excellent knowledge and hands‑on experience in both .NET and Azure are a must.
- Big bonus if you have experience with Microsoft GenAI tooling, such as AI Foundry
- Desired experience: CRM, Genesys CX Cloud, Dynamics 365, MS Power Platform
- Experience in developing scalable, high‑performance applications in Azure.
- Experience working in ADO (Azure Dev Ops) is important as the CI/CD environment is built in this and works fully automatically.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, testers and project managers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills English.
