European Product Data Specialist

You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data across the European portfolio. As a European Product Data Specialist, you will manage end-to-end product data flows, support data governance initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, R&D, and IT. Your work ensures that product information is accurate, available on time, and compliant with regulations.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data across European markets
• Manage end-to-end product data flows from source to customer
• Maintain and improve Product Information Management (PIM) systems and master data
• Implement and monitor data governance policies and standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in data management processes
• Support standardisation, data cleansing, and innovation tracking initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise data processes and adoption

• Proven experience in product data management, master data management, or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical skills and process improvement mindset
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with PIM systems, MDM, GS1 GDSN, or related product data interfaces
• Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries
• Change management and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for product data
