Builtec Developments National Site Manager (Travelling)

Industry: Construction - Interior Refurbishment (Commercial & Leisure)

We are looking for an experienced National Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering high‑quality interior refurbishment projects across the UK. This is a travelling role
, ideal for someone hands‑on, proactive, and confident managing sites while supporting teams on the ground.

• Overall day‑to‑day management of site operations
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times
• Managing site security and access
• Overseeing timeskeeping and workforce coordination
• Progressing contracts to programme and budget
• Relaying vital information between clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients on site
• Getting involved where needed to help ensure projects run smoothly

• SMSTS certification (essential)
• CSCS card (essential)
  Carpentry background preferred
• Strong building and refurbishment knowledge
• A hands‑on attitude with the willingness to muck in and support the team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Mid to Senior‑level experience in site management, ideally within interior refurbishment or fit‑out projects

• A National role covering sites across the UK from West Midlands based company
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required
