Domain Partner – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

• Grow Business: Build relationship with client’s business leaders, Build pipeline through proactive ideas.
• Execution excellence: Focus on winning & executing transformation.
• Positioning TCS: Build TCS brand through thought leadership publications, analysts.
• Team Management: Manage and grow the team of transformation partners, consultants & BA with right utilization & billing rates.
• Innovation: Build partnership with niche companies and introduce new services, IP & solutions periodically.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Expert in the supply chain, manufacturing and logistics operations of manufacturing companies – automotive, aerospace, battery cell and has a cross‑functional understanding of these industries.
• Has delivered excellent performance & results with game‑changing ideas.
• Experience in Visionary. Demonstrates Entrepreneurship.
• Result Oriented – Operates like a Line of Business – Set clear performance KPI's like Growth, Utilization and Revenue.
• Lead large transformation programs.
• Innovated and created Copyrighted Frameworks & Assets.
• Lead software product‑based deployments.
• Recognized Thought Leader / Has Innovations to credit.
• Sharp Impact. Recognized by Customer & Industry – High digital footprint – Linked In etc.
• Communication:
  Short and succinct statements, Power messaging; terms and expressions, demonstrates confidence.
