As a Gameplay Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering gameplay systems that are data-driven and scalable. You will work directly with our world-class design team to create engaging gameplay, using your passion and drive to push for higher quality at every opportunity. You will actively seek out opportunities to learn from others to continually develop your technical and professional skills.

• Work closely with the creative teams to implement compelling gameplay features and systems
• Plan and deliver large bodies of work
• Produce clean and robust code, following all standards and guidelines, including the use of automated testing processes
• Pro-actively seek opportunities to improve the quality of everything we do
• Seek out opportunities to improve your skills as a game developer
• Actively take part in our collaborative and creative team spirit

• Experience as a Gameplay Engineer on one or more console/PC titles
• Strong C++ skills
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5
• Solid understanding of code architecture best practices
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan and meet scheduled goals
• Passion for gaming and game development

• Familiarity with building data driven and scalable gameplay features
• Experience with multi-threaded programming
