We are seeking an experienced International Road Freight Operator with 5+ years experience to join a leading forwarder in Leamington Spa.
This role focuses on managing Road Freight operations, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of road freight operations, specialising in Internatioanal road freight.
- Manage relationships with clients, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
- Ensure compliance with all documentation, customs regulations, and industry standards.
- Dealing with any queries from clients and customers
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Solid background in road freight operations.
- 5+ years experience in International Road Freight
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of documentation and customs procedures.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
