About the role

Location:

Newcastle or Tunbridge Wells

Workstyle:
Hybrid (3x per week in the office)

Salary: £23,985 plus up to 10% annual bonus

Start Date:

9th February

Hours:

An average of 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm

What you’ll do

You’ll become an expert in our products and a customer whom the AA can really rely upon when they need us most. No matter what the call, your dedication to the customer will ensure they have the right product and cover, every time.

Day‑to‑day you’ll:

  • Take inbound customer calls, resolve queries and effectively handle customer vehicle damage claims.
  • Use detailed scripts to gather information and apply logic to assess the best course of action.
  • Proactively maintain knowledge of products and services and learn new information to solve customers’ unique queries.
  • Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer service.
  • Maintain focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives an exceptional level of service.
