Associate Structural Engineer

Do you have at least 10 years' UK experience with the ability to lead & mentor a team, and have ambitions to work towards Director level?

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking an Associate level structural engineer who can assist the existing Director in the management of the company and successful delivery of projects. You will be client facing, providing advice, and overseeing work carried out by your team.

Prepare regular update programmes of work agreed with client and advise on contract variations when needed.

Projects include multi-storey buildings, warehouse & logistics parks, new build houses, as well as smaller domestic schemes.

Qualifications

Ideally a Chartered engineer who has retained their technical ability but is also looking for a leadership role.

Business development skills are an advantage.
