Make an impact on engineering design while developing your career in a highly regulated environment, influencing the structure of the team, enabling it to work more effectively and efficiently, whilst delivering critical design and airworthiness outcomes.

• Lead the design office and oversee airworthiness compliance
• Ensure all regulatory expositions and procedures are maintained to standard
• Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Support, mentor and develop engineering personnel across the office

• Technical capability:
  Experience managing a design office team
• CAA / EASA regulations, DOA, DAOS, Safety Management System, ISO standards
• Expert knowledge of commercial aircraft management principles and practices
• Behavioural capability:
  People leadership, stakeholder management, cultural and organisational change
• Engineering degree required, business or management qualification advantageous
• Compliance Verification Engineer experience preferred
• Ability to hold accountable manager responsibility for design office operations
• Strong communication and mentoring skills

• British nationality and UK residency
• Ability to hold UK Security Clearance (SC) required
• Experience in aviation design, airworthiness, and regulatory compliance including CAA, EASA, DOA and DAOS
