Recruitment Resourcer

Our client, a leading international, established Recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting Consultants to source the best and most suited candidates for a range of vacancies.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ Recruitment experience in a similar Resourcing role, and will a strong communicator confident liaising with colleagues, clients and candidates of all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including Linked In, job boards and internal databases

* Format and prepare CVs for submission to clients

* Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring their suitability for roles

* Act as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the process

* Work closely with colleagues to understand clients’ roles and requirements, ensuring the highest level of candidates are sourced

Key

Experience:

* Degree or A Level educated

* Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within an international firm

* Highly-organized with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

* Confident working in a fast-paced environment, able to work both independently and as part of a team

* Excellent communication skills, confident working with colleagues and candidates of all levels
