Finance Manager

Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with a local manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Manager / Group Reporting Manager to support the Group Finance Director and oversee the finance operations for their group entities. This is a key role within a growing group, offering genuine impact, autonomy and visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the finance function for the legal entities and the group. Lead and review month-end processes and prepare monthly reporting packs Produce consolidated financial reporting. Provide commentary, performance analysis and insight across the Group Monitor and forecast Group cashflow Review working capital movements and drive improvements Coordinate annual budgets and half-year forecasting cycles Act as the main contact for the year-end audit, preparing analysis and key deliverables Support insurance renewals with financial analysis and data Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed Support, train and cover team members as needed Lead and contribute to process improvements (e.g. expense system rollout, BACs improvements, invoicing automation) Skills & Attributes Strong written and verbal communication skills Sound technical accounting knowledge, including consolidations and multi-currency Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure Experience training, supporting and developing finance team members Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset Proficient Excel user Experience & Qualifications Proven experience producing consolidated management reports Strong understanding of internal controls Experience in driving change, improving processes and coaching others Fully qualified accountant - ideally ACCA or ACA

Salary and Benefits :
The role if Finance Manager is offered with a salary of up to £65,000. This role will be based fully on site.
