Deputy Home Manager – Children and Young People
Location:
NEW HOME, Royston
Salary: £33,600 - £34,800 + additional £3,250 - £6,500 per year for sleep-ins
Hours:
Full-time, long day shifts with occasional sleep-ins
Requirements:

As a Deputy Manager, you will be a key part of our welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team, supporting a region of children’s homes within a growing national organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your creativity, influence change, and shape the service.
We support your growth, including Level 5 qualifications, preparing you to take on future leadership roles and confidently step up to manage the home when required.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Residential Children’s Home as a Senior or Deputy
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
* Experience managing budgets and rotas
* Full UK driving license
