Operate, monitor, and maintain the site's waste and effluent treatment systems to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations.
Perform hands-on mechanical tasks, including the maintenance and repair of pumps, valves, pipework, and flow-control equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to minimise downtime and safeguard production continuity.
Conduct routine inspections, testing, sampling, and data analysis to optimize the performance of treatment systems.
Collaborate with production and hygiene teams to reduce waste generation and enhance upstream processes.
Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation to support environmental and manufacturing audits.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects across the site.
Ensure all activities comply with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
