BESS Engineer - Battery Storage and Power Generation - Rugby - Up to £45,000

We're looking for a BESS Engineer to join a well‑established, growing energy solutions business. This is a hands‑on role with both workshop and national field‑based work. You will be playing a key role in the expansion of the organisation, focusing on repairs, fault‑diagnosis and reactive call‑outs across Battery Energy Storage Systems and Power Generators.

• Workshop‑based role in Rugby with national field‑based work
• Company vehicle included

• Min. 2 years hands‑on experience on Battery Energy Storage Systems and Power Generators
• Preferred: NVQ in Plant Maintenance / Electrical Engineer qualifications
• Must be flexible with national call‑outs and staying away from home when required
• Experienced with Victron Systems
• Experienced with fault‑finding and repairs
• Strong understanding of Electrical principles and practices
• Knowledge of System design principles and methodologies
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues
• Great communication skills - both verbal and written
• Customer‑Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service
• Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A valid driving licence with no more than 6 points
