Service Engineer BESS

We are looking for a Service Engineer BESS to join the team. Pramac is a leader in power generation, light tower and battery storage systems with a long history of providing premium products.

• Provide the necessary technical support to the customers related to BESS and Hybrid gensets product line.
• Lead the BESS and Hybrid gensets product line services and be a reference for any technical support and consultation.
• Manage the definition and production of technical training materials and troubleshooting guidance for all BESS and Hybrid gensets product line.
• Coordinate with factory to resolve field & quality issues.
• Provide technical consultations on warranty reviews and approvals.
• Monitor the aftersales cases for BESS and Hybrid gensets and report on monthly basis to quality and R&D departments.

• Proven experienced with the same role with a reputed organization.
• Strong communicator with ability to establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Solution focused with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong technical experience with ability to diagnose & troubleshoot control panels, automatic transfer switches and read all electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Proven experience in generators paralleling and synchronization.
• Proven experience in Hybrid systems and inverters.
• Ability to prepare service & technical reports.
