Multi-Skilled Engineer Rugby
£50,000 + Training & Progression | 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
Our client, a leading name in their sector and based in Rugby, is expanding their engineering team and seeking a time-served Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join their growing operation.
What We’re Looking For- Time‑served engineer qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Background in manufacturing or automated distribution
- Strong mechanical and electrical skill set
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem‑solving and reliability
- Working on a 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights shift
- Ensuring equipment performance, reliability, and uptime across the site
- Supporting continuous improvement and engineering excellence
- Fault‑finding, maintenance, and repair across various automated machinery
- £50,000 salary
