Key Accounts Advisor

Permanent, Site Based, Full Time, 38.75 hours, Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm

Location: Rugby Head Office

Your new role: The Key Accounts Advisor plays a vital role in providing an effective and efficient service to all Key Accounts, Trade and Retail customers, working with specially selected accounts dealing with all requirements, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Non-conformances
  • Order reporting
  • Providing a comprehensive solution to relevant account orders
  • Taking responsibility for your own allocated accounts – understanding their specific needs
  • Managing credit hold where appropriate
  • Building and maintaining a good relationship with Hauliers to ensure seamless delivery of goods
  • Liaising direct with customer and relevant sales team representatives as appropriate
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Customer Service skills – experience in call centre, customer service environment required

  • Solutions-based approach
  • Good level of communication at all levels
  • Team Player
  • Intermediate Excel
  • SAP System experience would be advantageous

This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. The role is site based at our fantastic offices in Rugby, Warwickshire.
