Support Worker

Hours:

24.5 hours per week

Shift pattern:
Monday to Thursday, 10:00am to 3:00pm, Friday, 10:00am to 2:30pm

Location:

Rugby

As a Support Worker you will provide a comprehensive package of holistic and practical support to enable people to develop independent living skills needed to maintain a tenancy long term. Working closely with your team and partner agencies, you will use a trauma‑informed, person‑centred approach to create a wrap‑around package of support. Strong communication skills, creativity and the ability to recognise individual needs and manage challenging situations are essential.
