As a Retail Sales Assistant at The Works Stores Ltd
, you’ll be the heartbeat of our retail store, greeting customers with a warm smile and helping them leave excited to unlock their imaginations. This role encourages passion for our brand and products and offers the chance to inspire people to read, learn, create and play.

Keyholder Responsibilities

• For those over 18, join as a keyholder and support the Store Management team by opening, closing, and running the store when needed (holidays, days off, sickness). Receive additional key‑holding pay enhancement.
• Under 18, do not perform key‑holding duties but receive training when you reach 18.
