Warehouse Operative – Rugby | £12.82 per hour | Temp to Perm

Start date ASAP

Hours 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday, 40 hours pw - No weekends) Overtime available at higher rate!

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be working with our client based in Rugby to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to go permanent.

What you'll be doing:

Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries
Picking and packing customer orders with care and accuracy
Labelling and storing stock correctly
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Supporting the wider team to meet daily targets

What we're looking for:

Previous warehouse or stock handling experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and good timekeeping
A proactive, positive attitude and team spirit
Willingness to work flexibly and learn new skills
Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld systems preferred
