WORK LIFE BALANCE ALERT!!! A Chef de Partie is required for a really warm, friendly, relaxed fresh food restaurant near Rugeley. Work life balance perks include – 4 day week – finish no later than 9pm – 40 hours per week and anything over 40 hours you will get paid overtime.
Chef de Partie Job near Rugeley Highlights :
Salary 40 hour contract - £30,000 - £32,000 DOE Plus Tips (around £2k)
Paid overtime £££££
4-day work week – 3 days off!!!
Shifts start between 9:00 am and 11:00 am and finish between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm
Straight shifts
Closed Christmas
Paid breaks and free meals on shift
Rotas planned 3 weeks in advance
2 free cinema tickets every month
The Owner and Head Chef have really developed a great positive and friendly working environment in the kitchen and also FOH – Chefs tend to stay here for a decent amount of time because of the work life balance – the role is available due to a Chef moving abroad – this role doesn’t come up often!
