Mechanical Assembly Technician

Héroux-Devtek is a leading aerospace company serving civil and military markets.

Location:

United Kingdom (Runcorn/Widnes area).

• Building, testing, and inspecting both routine and complex mechanical hydraulic systems
• Fitting and assembling sub-assembly parts and components
• Identifying and repairing mechanical issues
• Using a variety of measuring equipment (e.g., micrometres)
• Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and H.S.E standards
• Working to engineering drawings, C.M.M.s, and operation instructions

• Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Previous experience as an Assembly Fitter in the aviation industry
• Strong understanding of mechanical hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
