Stick “n” Step provide free conductive education sessions to children with cerebral palsy. Their support improves mobility, independence and boosts self-confidence, enabling each child to reach their personal potential.

The Regional Fundraiser will be responsible for an agreed income target to be achieved by working proactively across the region with community groups, such as educational establishments, rotary groups, schools, volunteer fundraisers and local businesses. The Regional Fundraiser will recruit, retain, motivate and develop supporter groups, volunteers and third parties to contribute to the income of the charity and raise local profile.

There is an expectation to build upon income year-on-year. The post holder will work collaboratively with the other Regional Fundraiser to achieve targets and objectives within the designated geographical areas. They will contribute to the fundraising strategy to achieve long-term sustainability. Regional fundraising is supported by volunteers, interns and ambassadors who need to be managed effectively to successfully meet team objectives.
