Location: Runcorn, North West.

Employment type: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week.

Compensation: Base salary £25,000–£28,000 per annum (DOE). Uncapped monthly commission with realistic OTE of £50,000. £250 per month car allowance. Business travel paid.

Role Overview: Lead a primary focus on door‑to‑door sales, champion competitive packages, engage residents at their homes, build and nurture a personal lead pipeline, collaborate closely with line manager, and foster relationships in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Embrace door‑to‑door sales as your primary focus, championing our competitive packages day in, day out, engaging directly with residents at their homes.
• Skillfully create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion with confidence.
• Work closely with your line manager in specified areas to showcase the unparalleled benefits of You Fibre and its services to residents within our network.
• Foster meaningful relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders.

The Essentials

• Located within a 30‑minute drive of the location.
• Hold a full clean UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Have a valid right to work in the UK.
