Team Manager - Duty and Assessment Team Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day operational management and supervision of social workers.
- Oversee duty and assessment workflows, ensuring timely and proportionate responses.
- Quality assure assessments, decision‑making, and care planning.
- Support staff development through reflective supervision and performance management.
- Work collaboratively with multi‑agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.
- Assist the Service Manager with service improvement and performance targets.
- SWE Registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Drive and have access to a car
- Post‑qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
Social Work:
