People are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a Service Administrator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our busy Service Office running smoothly. If you're organised, proactive and enjoy supporting operations, this role could be perfect for you.

What you'll do
  • Book and arrange tyre repairs
  • Book and arrange hydraulic hose repairs
  • Schedule services across a wide range of plant machinery
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and log breakdowns accurately
  • Issue advice notes and ensure customers are advised of any damages
  • Support the Service Manager with general administrative tasks
What we're looking for

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to meet strict deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (beneficial but not essential)
  • Basic knowledge of plant machinery (advantageous)
