• £12.21 per hour, £40 sleep‑in allowance

• Permanent, 37.5 hours per week with a regular two‑week pattern
• Day team operates 7:00–22:00 with a mix of early and late shifts
• Alternative weekends and overtime regularly available

• Attending appointments, weekly shopping, etc.
• Emotional and mental wellbeing support
• Administering and assisting with medication
• Support with budgeting and finances
• Meal preparation support
• Health and fitness activities (swimming, gym, trampoline parks, etc.)
• Building social skills through leisure activities (bowling, pool, meals out)
• Promoting independent travel with support on public transport services

We are an independent social care provider specialising in supporting adults with a diagnosis of autism to live as independently as possible. We have supported people onto the next steps of their lives for over 10 years, operating in Northampton, Wellingborough, Rushden, and Towcester. This role will be primarily focused in the Wellingborough and Rushden areas.
