Pay Rate: 12.40 per hour
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available
Holiday: Holiday pay accrued in line with statutory entitlement
About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join a supportive care team in the Ringstead (NN14) area. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and practical support in line with individual care plans
• Supporting individuals with daily living activities and promoting independence
• Offering emotional support, reassurance, and companionship
• Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
• Supporting with medication in line with training and policies (where applicable)
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
• Working in line with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to undertake training and development

Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential full training and ongoing support will be provided.
