. This role is responsible for conceiving and executing groundbreaking immersive experiences across various platforms, including virtual reality, augmented reality, and interactive installations. - Define and articulate the overall creative vision and strategy for immersive projects.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, including designers, artists, writers, and developers.
- Oversee the conceptualization, design, and execution of interactive experiences from start to finish.
- Ensure the artistic quality and narrative coherence of all project deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and partners to align creative direction with project goals.
- Stay at the forefront of technological advancements and creative trends in immersive media.
- Develop and refine creative processes and pipelines to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Present creative concepts and project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage creative budgets and timelines effectively.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the creative department.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in creative leadership roles within the digital media, gaming, or entertainment industries.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative and critically acclaimed immersive experiences (VR, AR, interactive installations).
- Deep understanding of storytelling, user experience design, and interactive systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision, leadership, and impactful projects.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide diverse creative teams.
- Familiarity with current technologies and platforms for immersive content creation.
- A degree in Fine Arts, Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
