The Independence at Home Team is focussed on supporting citizens across Denbighshire to remain as independent as possible within their own homes and communities.

We are looking for a kind, compassionate person who has a caring nature and wants to help others.

As a member of the Locality team, you will work with citizens to achieve their agreed outcomes.

This support may include providing some personal care.
