Team Lead Female Home Carer

TEAM LEADER FEMALE HOME CARER - WREXHAM /MOLD/ FLINTSHIRE

Working shifts on a rota, one month in advance. 8am to 8pm @ £20.00 per Hour Monday - Sunday, working alternate weekends.

Female Carer / Team Leader required for a client who has suffered spinal injuries. A caring person with a friendly approach and a genuine interest in providing high levels of support and care for an individual and their family is expected.

You must have a full driving licence and your own car. The location is rural with limited public transport.

• Support a wheelchair‑dependent gentleman who lives independently in his own home.
• Support the family in all aspects of running a family home.
• Support and manage a small team of staff.
• Assist with all aspects of personal care.
• Perform household tasks to maintain a safe and hygienic home.
• Prepare meals and assist during mealtimes.
• Provide companionship at home and on social outings.
• Work in Pontblyddyn, Flintshire, near Wrexham.

The ideal applicant is an experienced carer and team leader with several years of experience, caring, friendly, patient, reliable, compassionate, understanding, a good communicator, and committed.

Successful applicants are required to provide a DBS. Disclosure expense will be met by the employer.

• £20.00 per hour, including enhancements for bank holidays, plus mileage allowance @ £0.45 per mile.
• Full‑time position available with a permanent contract.
• 36 days holiday per year.
