Our client based in Saffron Walden is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

As the Facilities Coordinator your duties will include:

• Daily management of contractors
• Ensuring facilities project work is carried out to agreed contracts
• Basic maintenance, changing light bulbs, painting etc
• Managing company fleet
• Utility meter readings
• Monitoring / checking buildings
• Dealing with contract renewals with management
• Working with IT support company / managing IT inventory
• Supporting with running company H & S systems

An ideal candidate for the Facilities Coordinator will have:

• Previous experience in a facilities / maintenance role
• Working with suppliers & contractors in managing building projects
• Good levels of experience using Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of facilities management and building maintenance
• Practical maintenance skills
• A basic understanding of IT equipment & setup
• Excellent communication skills
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
