What Youll Be Doing Installing PCs, routers, switches, phones, and small office setups at customer sites Carrying out onsite break/fix troubleshooting Supporting our 1st and 2nd line teams remotely Getting involved in customer onboarding and deployment activities Documenting completed work and updating tickets Assisting project teams with scheduled installations

What Were Looking For

Experience with basic hardware installation A good understanding of common networking concepts Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude A full UK driving licence
