Job Title:
Accountant Pay: $25 - $29 per hour
Hours:
8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)

What You'll DoAs an Accountant, you will be responsible for
• Applying and posting customer payments to Accounts Receivable and processing credit card payments
• Preparing journal entries and performing general ledger reconciliations and month/quarter-end procedures
• Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial records and reports for accuracy and completeness
• Supporting expense reporting for sales and operations teams
• Assisting with item maintenance, financial documentation, and process enhancements
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• 1–2 years of related accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Excel skills- basic formulas
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• ERP system experience is a plus
