Bilingual Customer Care Representative - Efficiency Group - CD

Looking to join an exciting team and make an impact in energy efficiency? Integrated Staffing is recruiting on behalf of NB Power for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support the New Construction Commercial and Industrial Program.
About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service, you will communicate with a wide range of program participants, including business owners, energy managers, engineers, non-profit volunteers, and First Nations communities. You will present in-person and online, handle written and verbal communications, and support administrative and coordination tasks within the program.
Key Responsibilities

Communicate with participants in person, by phone, in meetings, and through written correspondence, online videos

Present slides to groups both in-person and online

Engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders

Participate in technical conversations with support from technical staff

Coordinate tasks with team leaders and colleagues, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail

Support incentive payment processes, including collaboration with Accounts Payable

Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual in English and French (both written and verbal)

Strong communication, patience, and tact when interacting with a wide range of participants

Advanced office and administrative skills (relevant work experience or vocational training)

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and intermediate Excel

High customer service skills and intermediate numeracy
