EY Advisory Services is a fast-moving, high-growth area with huge potential. We are seeking a SAP Group Reporting Manager to join our national Technology Consulting practice. The SAP Group Reporting lead will design, configure, test, and deploy Financial Consolidations solutions for clients through SAP’s Group Reporting module. The role entails working closely with clients across sectors and industries to modernize their Financial Consolidations processes and systems.

The successful candidate has completed at least one full lifecycle implementation of S/4

HANA Group Reporting.

• Lead the S/4 Group Reporting Consolidation workstream from project initiation through to system go-live.
• Lead design and requirements gathering workshops, while overseeing and managing the design and documentation of Group Reporting solutions.
• Lead solution validation and demo sessions with client to ensure the solution aligns with their requirements.
• Perform system configuration, master data management, and unit testing of solutions, compliance with SAP best practices and client specifications.
• Manage Fit‑GAP Analysis, RICEFW documentation, and the development and testing of client‑specific enhancements.
• Define the scope for integration testing and user acceptance testing, validate end‑to‑end Group Reporting Consolidation process flows.
• Support EY team in developing and enhancing internal assets and client demos to strengthen our SAP practice.
• Support EY leadership in creating sales materials and RFPs.
• Foster internal mentor relationships within EY and support development of junior resources.

• Strong grasp of Group Reporting technical configuration.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing S/4
  
  HANA Group Reporting consolidation solution.
• At least 2 complete full project life cycles in S/4
  
  HANA Group Reporting implementation.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end consolidation process, including SAP Best Practice content and integration with S/4 Core Finance and Reporting tools (SAC, AFO, etc.).
• Proficiency in financial consolidation concepts and Group Reporting terminology.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users regarding consolidation master data, data monitor tasks, reclassification and validation rules, inter‑company matching & reconciliation, consolidations, and reporting.
• Knowledge of investment consolidation, direct/group share, goodwill, non‑controlling interest, and Consolidation Financial Reports.

• Manage diverse skills and backgrounds, fostering an innovative and inclusive team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Project management skills.
• Forward‑thinking, self‑starter, adap quickly to new challenges.
• Ability to lead consulting and client professionals on multiple projects.
• Mentor through career coaching.
• Strong work ethic.

BC & Ontario Region Pay Information (only if role is being published in BC):
The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $90,000 to $165,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
