Run Day Lead - CIBC Run Cure

As a logistics leadership volunteer, you will be part of our organizing committees of 10 to 15 volunteers who will work over the months to help us organize our fundraising events. Depending on the needs in your community, available roles could include committee lead, logistics, community outreach, volunteer lead, and social media. The Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure is a 5k or 1k walk or run.

This year’s event will be taking place on Sunday, October 5, 2025.

This is a 6-month commitment (May through October). You will be required to attend local committee meetings (generally bi-weekly to monthly) and complete independent role work/responsibilities (approx. 4-6 hours per month, with increased workload in August & September). Must be available over the event weekend (October 4 &
5).

As the volunteer Run Day Experience Lead, you will be responsible for:
