Vital Farms is seeking a Quality Technician to join Egg Central Station in Missouri. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will perform physical testing on raw eggs and finished products, ensuring GMPs and maintaining lab equipment calibration and maintenance.
You will train new technicians, manage chemical inventory, verify pH levels, run CIP circuits, and maintain records. Requirements include 1 year of quality experience, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and proficient English.
