Cost Accountant / Senior Cost Accountant
Location: Near St. Louis Park, MN
Compensation: $95,000–$120,000
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Flexibility
We’re seeking a Cost Accountant to support manufacturing operations through cost analysis, inventory management, and financial reporting. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, hybrid flexibility, and the chance to partner with operations leadership to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
What’s Offered
$95,000–$120,000 base salary.
Hybrid work flexibility (onsite 3 days a week)
Key Responsibilities
Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and production variances.
Maintain standard costs and support inventory valuation.
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Partner with operations and finance teams on cost analysis and budgeting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Cost accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of inventory costing, standard costs, and variance analysis.
Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
