Office Assistant - Data Entry & Admin

Affton A Dana Company in St. Louis, MO is seeking a General Office Assistant to join their team. This entry-level position requires an enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-organized individual to handle various office tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and distribute communications (phone/email) in a timely manner among customers and staff.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Handle filing and scanning of documents.
• Complete simple forms and paperwork as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. Must be able to operate general office equipment.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
