Fathers & Families Support Center in Missouri seeks a Youth Coordinator to assess and assist fathers in programs, developing individualized self-sufficiency plans to help them engage emotionally and financially with their children.
You will work with the Youth Team, tailor curriculum, set achievable goals, counsel participants, and connect youth to community resources while maintaining case histories and collaborating with schools, courts, and service agencies.
