Description

The clerk responsible for the boutique manages the merchandise of the department while providing good customer service by responding to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide exemplary customer service

Order merchandise

Set-up promotional displays (end caps, shelves...)

Manage returns and surplus merchandise

Keep planograms up to date

Manage expired products

Ensure boutique department standards are maintained

Manage prices

Requisite skills and knowledge:

Secondary School diploma

Highly developed customer service and communication skills

Responsible and dynamic

Good knowledge of both French and English

The position is offered by the pharmacy owner(s).
