The Oregon State Legislature is hiring a Session Helpdesk Specialist to staff the ITAMS Helpdesk and assist users with hardware and software issues. The role is onsite at the Oregon State Capitol Building with no remote work option, starting in December and lasting through June 27, 2027, or earlier depending on the legislative session.
You will assist with Microsoft 365 apps, Windows 11, and device troubleshooting, while communicating clearly with users of varying technical levels.
