Aerotek's Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program offers a 10-week paid internship in sales within a local operation. The Sales Intern learns three phases:
Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support, with a strong emphasis on sales.
The program provides hands-on experience and a pathway to advanced roles. The internship fosters business acumen, interactions with Aerotek employees, candidates, contractors and clients, and may lead to a full-time offer into the Sales Development Representative
